Blog 8: Research and Working EQ

1. What is your working EQ?
What is the best way to prepare an upcoming artist/idol?                                                                           2. What is the possible answer to your working EQ?

  • Start a trainee system in your record label
  • Work on the artist's image and sound
  • Make the artist go through a couple of gigs before debuting
  • Support the artist by starting them off with a fanbase
3.  What is the most important source you have used that has helped you come up with an answer to your working EQ?
The most important source I used was a documentary called BBC Nine Muses. With the documentary I was able to get a prospective of the artist and producers preparing for a debut.
4. Who is your mentor, or where are you doing mentorship, and how does what you are doing relate to your working EQ?
My mentors are Bruce and Ebony Vanderveer. I do my metorship at Inrage Entertainment. My mentorship relates to my working EQ because I am learning how to be a new upcoming artist myself. Therefore, it helps me learn answers for my EQ and I get a first-hand prospective of it.
